Lake-town, the settlement of men located on the Long Lake and south of Erebor, one of my two favorite towns in the Hobbit! btw after i watched the Battle of Five armies i wondered if it was ever rebuilt; anyone who knows can tell in the comments ;)
It was never rebuild, because everyone was afraid of Smaugs skeleton.
The old city of Esgaroth WAS rebuild though ;)

If i remember the book right bard gave the master riches to rebuild laketown but he and his followers took it and took a boat deep in the lake and eventually died
