Where can you use this in the game? I tried Skirmish and I cannot find the ship. (I already download the 0.95 patch)

Hey when I upgrade the patch to the new 0.95 version the screen of the game start to flicker like crazy. The game plays fine but the screen constantly flickering like. Not to the point of unplayable but it just really irritating. Do anyone know how to fix this?
