So, I found out that the Cohrt model from the leak has the same model mesh as the gasmask citizen model does, thanks to the HL2 beta thread on Facepunch. So just for fun I grabbed the ported Cohrt model I had laying around and had his .vmts point to citizen_17's. And voila!
