Just wondering, why when the mod is enabled, I can't use the cell phone?

Is the mod dead? Or is it still being worked on?

Not really, my anti-virus found it clean. You probably have some over protective anti-virus that finds all .exe files that alter other files a "virus". Most likely, your anti-virus is Norton.

I'm kinda having a bit of trouble, when I activate the mod, the handling.dat IS CHANGED, but, in game, everything acts normal and really, the mod doesn't work.

EDIT: Nevermind, turns out, you have to restart the game. lel, I'm an idiot.
