If it helps, I took the time to enable each mod at a time and found Casinopolis to be the culprit.

I've got a little problem when running this mod in XP: I can't run it at all.

Loading up the DC Conversion mods causes an error to pop up saying "sonic.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." It doesn't even show a white screen before the error.
