I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but i got both the Free Folk and the Targaryens to invade Westeros and then all their vassals deserted and joined other factions, then after a short while the both factions died out. I read in the wiki that when they invade they are supposed to take control of a couple of castles, but that didn't happen for me. I'm not sure how to fix this.
