One mod is set in Manhattan one is set in Brooklyn. Plus lots of gameplay changes and model changes

It's a complicated answer, but basically because of the amount of new material added to turn the game fromGerman to NYC it strains the game to process all the additional content. This means there's more stress on graphics. Intel graphics are essentially default graphics, they are simply most basic graphics you will find. Therefore they struggle to actually process all this extra data and just crash the game.

To combat this we reduced everything. File size, image quality, poly count, audio quality etc etc. This has allowed the game to be intel friendly but going back to Manhattan and implicating this kind of overhaul takes serious time. We deemed it necessary for Brooklyn as we had all new vehicle models and buildings so decided to process them to a lower quality. But as I said returning to Manhattan and doing this would take months. So rather than looking backwards we've moved forwards.

Any kind of graphics card that's not Intel can run all the mods no issue.

No, not yet, but instead we spent a long time making Brooklyn Intel friendly. Unfortunately for now that's the only option. Thanks for the comment :)

Right lets start off basic, there's 4 different versions of the mods, Brooklyn and Manhattan ones, specifically which one is crashing for you? Post in our forums for an answer, post which mod, your PC spec and give some detail, thanks.

Reinstall, update drivers, run on low settings and as administrator. Check our forums for more support..

Try the BoF Brooklyn mod, we'll be releasing an update to it soon too to make it more stable.

Thanks for your kind words, simply unrar the contents of the mod and copy it into your mod folder. That's all you have to do. I on the other hand do know what I'm doing, but thanks for your concern ;)

v1 is not needed, the units need to be called in and parked up by the user for v2.0.3 and earlier. However v3 and v2.1 (patch update) will both have ready spawned vehicles on map :)

Love the mod, but as a player that favours the US faction, I find that the Chinese faction has a far greater advantage. The Type 81 and mortar teams have significant range compared with the US equivelants, this is allowing artillery to sit back and blow my guys away with no available retaliation other than to move close enough to return fire which means moving into a hail of fire from infantry and tanks.

I think the mod as a whole is really nice, but this kinda deters me from playing. I hope there is some way I can disable or edit the units (I'm not familiar with this game but familiar with modding) or some kind of patch that might resolve this issue?

Some graphics cards (such as intel) do not support the mod, others such as nvidia require user steps to manually enable the mod. Check our forum about it.

Most of the skins I did were donated to the Modern Warfare Team, so you can check them out in that mod, but so far I'm working on other pretty big projects for other games, so not had time or the motivation to do any more work yet, sorry guys :(

Hey I seem to be getting an issue in skirmish, any known fix/is this just my PC? Whenever I add bots to a game the game just crashes to desktop :S hope it's not something I've messed up.

Haha, because the mod is based around MoH perhaps? There will be tier 1 operatives and Rangers etc Vs Taliban, sounds like MoH 2010 to me.

The mod is still far from completion, but I will release some texture packs for people to use (along with a tutorial to install them ;) )

Hey you planning on updating the rifle with the skin I sent?

You should well replace the standard US rifleman mrb with the Engineer one, that's what I do then they all have backpacks and goggles which looks more current I reckon... anyway the textures look sweet :D

I hope to plenty of things like that, my WiC is currently playing up, so atm I'm working on the Textures then I'm gonna reinstall and work on stats etc. I plan to have insurgents with heavy weapons but low accuracy against small numbers of US infantry, and specialized squads. Also look out for my textures in the new release of the MW mod ;)

If anyone would be able to help with this mod it'd be released a lot sooner ;) looking for someone to edit database files for me, a modeler if possible too. I have done some work already, however my sdf editor thing has stopped working and any new textures or DB edits do not appear in game, any idea? It happened once before so I stopped modding but then it started to work again.. hmm
