Is the ability set to autocast? and did you make sure you have the resources to actually do the refit?

Never mind i managed to fix it... i did something dumb installed it in completely the wrong place go me

I have this weird problem when trying to play the mod I've installed both parts of the mod to the napoleon folder in steam but when I try to launch it, It's just the vanilla game so just wondering if i've done something wrong which i probably have. I'm using the desktop icon for it im not trying to launch vanilla napoleon through steam or something silly like that
