I have a constant crash when playing Skirmish. Out of Memory. It shows that the error is in the game.dat file. Any ideas on how to fix?

I wanted to know if there is a walkthrough, because I'm stuck on the third mission when it tells me to destroy the enemy base to the south but there is no enemy base!

I need help installing it. I'm not sure if I copy the Botta icon to my desktop. And when i tried to load the game I got:
"iniParseObjectFilter ecpecting a +..." and so on! What the hell do I do?!
