Yeah, like I said other mods work fine, using the same mod manifest method. This one just refuses to work

The HW Combat Improved folder is in Appdata/Local/Halo Wars

and I put this in the Mod Manifest txt
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Halo Wars\HW Combat Improved

Am I missing something?

I'm trying to install this mod, I know what do do and the "More Leaders Mod" works fine but this one just simply doesn't work. I do the ModManifest change but it just doesn't do anything.

The DOS also has this issue

Just a small issue, the OAS's little icon when viewing it from a distance is not the same and it kinda looks like a strident frigate but it is certainly different.
