Thanks for making this. I wrote up some thoughts about it at Gm3r.com --basically, I enjoyed it a lot and thought the atmosphere was great and the story and music effective, although it borrowed perhaps too liberally from the Shock series.
I actually liked the style you had going on a lot--it had what seemed like a deliberately blocky, retro feel, with the Doom-style keycards, monochrome textures, and System Shock-esque rooms. The characters could have been fleshed out a little more, but I found Monty and the son in particular compelling.
SPOILER:
I liked the crows, but the citizens were a little confusing. They were supposed to have been driven crazy by the, er, research, right? They probably could have used a little more body language or explanation, since as they were they seemed like ordinary citizens from Half-Life 2 who were incidentally trying to kill you. This did give me a great shock at the beginning, though, when the first citizen calmly walks up to you and then shoots you in the face.
