I'm pretty sure it will have a crosshair since we already know it'll have a hud but it was disabled/not ready yet in this video.

Since there's a Vignette effect on most of the images, I have to ask if the game will have the same effect on screen.

I'm pretty sure there's not a single company that does that. It's more of like a network of different companies working together. You send one to check it out and then you send the needed crew to do what is needed.

I have nothing against it if it was just one word or so on, but I dunno, mixing it with the rest just seems weird to me. It might just be me though.

And yeah, I've seen a lot of Finnish, well, inside jokes(?) in the images. I'm not sure what to think, just seems out of place except on the really small things.

Then why do GoldSource? Again, I'm not insulting this project or anything, but it just seems easier to do it on some else engine. Still, though, it's impressive work.

And on the side of physics, I was talking exactly graphics fidelity, and physics are a pretty giant gameplay element so that's not just a tech thing.

I'm going to be that one guy and ask if anyone here thinks that this mod looks seriously GOOD. Yes, it's impressive and I'll give SysOp every credit he deserves, because for an engine as old as GoldSource this is goddamn nice.

But that's all it will ever be, nice. I personally don't see why (CoF had this too) people came all over this shouting how it's beautiful. The texture quality is very nice, but it still, honestly, looks old. I can see this being fun for the creator if it's a project for himself, but if there's a story to be told for others I see no gain in this.

Maybe someone can explain me this, maybe not. Just, you know, saying.
