There's been a noticeable lack of racing games in the Humble Bundles. By all means, if you're seriously considering porting the game to multiple platforms you should consider submitting this game to them.

I'm assuming you're just kidding when you state that WINE is a program for UNIX. Wine is developed PRIMARILY on Linux, primarily by developers working on Linux. Wiki.winehq.org
Feel free to argue about the merits of Wine, but don't just make up facts to suit yourself.
