great job. one little thing. swanns skin looks a bit strange, especially because of the shadows it generates. this seems to have (also) to do with the modified textures of his face. i blurred the _b and _s file of the texture slighlty to get rounder shadows.

Im currently working on a second update, which also includes about 100 new textures and some fixes. It will be released soon.
