2002 was a good year for us - we managed to get shifter past all the bugs and playability issues.
and I bet you haven't seen the newest update, it has about 50 fixes & changes and cool junk like player collisions, which is really cool in T2 hehe.
still working though, got a few things to polish up and make cooler (just visuals mainly to get it all "l337" looking)
and add one more vehicle.. oh yes, just one more.

7 Vehicle modules for use on certain vehicles - vortex bombs, napalm bombs, Missiles, Blasters, Cloaking, Booster etc

25 Deployables including New Turret Barrels, Large Turrets, Laser Turrets, Airbases, Vehicle Pads, Teleporters, Vehicle Teleporters, Repair Radius, Shield Radius, Flare launchers, Cameras detect all visible players etc.

This mod has been in active development for about 2 years.

The HERC Destroyer is in Shifter. It is a mech which has 1 pilot and 3 gunners - big guns, very tough.

Players can carry 2 sets of mines or grenades or one of each, packs can be used in vehicles, vehicle modules can be attached to vehicles.

Shrike being shot down by fast missile? Missiles are the same as BASE and you can fire flares as a pilot (unlike base) to distract them and there is NO missile which kills a shrike in one hit. Wrong wrong wrong.

Shifter was NOT built off Warped, Warped was based on Shifter - the Warped dev guy even wrote that in his forums and credits. Warped is like a copy of Tribes 1 shifter, Tribes 2 shifter is not like Tribes 1 shifter nor Warped. But you really are wrong there.
Stolen, NO. unmentioned, err yeah because that is not true.

Balanced yes - but to new players who do not have the time, no.
You should know better than this Uranium, Shifter has been in development since T2 was beta.
