I got it working thx alot for the help for some reason I was using the o.52 version of the game not version 1. Again thx for the help man your a awesome person for doing this.

Oh k I will try thanks for the help.I just dont understand why the custom battles work but not the campaign itself like i dont even get to see the factions.

When I am in the main menu at the bottom it says version 0.52

So I must be doing something wrong when installing this patch however I cannot find anything im doing wrong i made sure it did not end like /Third_Age_3_DaC/Third_Age_3, I ran as administrator, my DaC 0.52 version 1 worked perfectly fine, only the custom battle works however as soon as I click quick battle or Third Age Campaign I dont even get to see the factions before it just crashes. Am I missing a patch or something because the version I have on the loading screen says 0.52.

I did exactly did what you asked I used a fresh new copy again of Third Age DaC version 1 played for 4 hours everything worked perfectly. I installed this patch just like in the video I showed you and I made sure it was done the way you specified. However I still crash as soon as I click third age campaign it crashes. The custom battle still works though for some reason only when I click Third Age campaign it crashes and quick battle also crashes when i select it.

So if this path is wrong would I need to just click on mods and end it there not Third_Age_3

I am not sure if this is the correct path but this is the one I used C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Medieval II Total War\mods\Third_Age_3 like arachir showed Youtube.com

Hi I have a problem when I install patch 1.2. The game launches to the menu with no problems what so ever however when i click to single player then to Third Age campaign the game crashes right away and says a unknown error has occurred. I installed a fresh copy of third age with version 1 of DaC and ran the installer on administrator also when I ran the cleaner it found no duplicates and I made sure it was installed in the correct place.This is my third attempt of trying to make it work if anyone could help it would be appreciated. Thanks

I have a problem as soon as I go to click on grand campaign I dont even get to choose my faction before the game crashes.
