Sending "parts" from Earth would be too costy, Mars has minerals which can be mined & also used to create these parts?

I think this mod requires the expansion (rush hour) to work properly?
I had the same problem, was fixed when I installed the expansion

The goa'uld AI seems to be broken,
they stop creating soldiers after they have created 3
and only build barracks and the power station thingy,
they don't seem to be collecting any resources either.
