Ya lol i figured that out about an hour after posting. I thought since it was ver. 3 it was well done an this was just extra stuff he was now adding to polish the game.

Now that i know it's more of a work in progress still i'm looking into helping spot bugs to help fix the game faster. From what little i can play I've fallen in love with the game.

The game crashes way too often, any ideas why?

Just crashes saying that something bad happened an it doesn't know what.

Pretty sure i did everything right installing it. Running Total War through steam with the Kingdoms Launcher App to get the mod to show up. I did install the Hyrule patch as well.
