Great game, really brings back memories of Uplink (in a good way). I also love your callbacks to that game. So many projects like this just decide to ignore their source idea.
One nitpick, however. Why no save function? It just seems weird. Additionally, I'd like it if you could use the GUI to run programs/copy stuff. Using the GUI for most stuff EXCEPT that just seems weird and it'd be nice if you could use either interface.
