I have found an idea, how fix problem with undocking from certain stations. Planets as i know don't make problems with it.
Docking is simple ofkoz, undocking not exactly, especially for ships bigger than smaller freighters.
Why the ships while undocking don't appear on the same place from which they dissappeared after docking?
PS. This is questions mainly for the modders:-)
