The explosion effect when a missile hits looks like it exploded "mid air", I think the hit explosion should be more impressive, like a bit bigger and brighter with darker smoke. Actual explosion woud fit perfectly for a missed explosion! :)
Smoke looks too dark imo, like it's petrol exploding. I think the smoke should be much more light grey, because it's mainly dirt.

I have no idea if it is possible but the dark smoke from the explosions should stay waaaaaaaay longer in the sky.
Humm the waterfall animations seems too fast?
As usual, very impressive work!
Two remarks :
The deployment animation of the vehicle needs some little tweaking, it's a bit too "robotic".
The explosions seem always to be the same (even if the particles randomly choose some direction), I think having different visuals of explosions (fire, color, smoke, particles animation) depending on what is exploding would be better.
Nice stuff, but the models seem pretty small compared to the scenery.
I suppose 1:1 scale would ruin the gameplay.

I have a little question : the helicopter flares seem to be more a eye candy than sometging usefull or am I wrong?

Well the best is to try CWC. It's a mod, free, and has its own installer that doesen't mess with other mods.
If I recall correctly, this is how it works for the T-80:
Canon : fires automatically
MG : auto
AA MG : Auto
Smoke grenades : button
Anti Missile shtora : auto
AP to HE : button
So most of it is automatically employed by the unit itself. You just have to select what ammo you want to use and deploy the smoke by yourself.
Weird look. Maybe ingame it looks better.
Maybe you guys can ask some little help from cold war crisis team.
Their AI is pretty good, and for tanks they managed to have (for example) :
HE + AP + MG + AA MG + smoke grenades + sometimes some defensive maneuvers / laser guidance / whatever (T-80 UK).
Anyway, I really like Blitzkrieg 2.
