I'm experiencing a bug where, sometimes after a battle with your lord, there is no option to return to duty. There is, however, an option to enter stationed town. If that one is clicked, you get a dialogue where it appears you are about to attack your own party. Soon after that the game crashes with error message "Hash vector failed at index-1"
