Why is this page still showing 1.7 Version Download Links ?

OP, Spiky and anyone else who has a Fast Connection(and has the Mod Setup File called cfsetup8.exe), Please make a Torrent. I tried to also use a Download Manager and it would not Resume.

Please help us as I am seeing other people also have similar problems.
