I was wondering something about civilians. Their main (and only) uses are capturing land zones and cannon fodder. I was wondering if civilians (all not just rebel) might be buffed (i mainly mean health-wise as they wouldn't really have the supplies to get good weapons.) as they are kinda weak related to rebel soldiers... which are basically civilians in themselves. Also it might be cool to train civilians (if they got a buff of course.. also by this i mean on planets that support the owners. It would be cool where you can train civilians and they would be weaker than army troopers or rebel infantry but would be used as cannon fodder you could actually buy.) Thanks for your time!
