We are planning skirmish map of Coruscant, as I always wanted to play there but no one wants to make a good map. Or maybe I just don't know about it :)
About your question, the DEG will be deployable, I think they are enought

Well, Appo will appear at later tech only with phase 2 armor. And acording to cannon, he wasn't part of Torrent company. And I'm not shure if Rex must be at tech 5 as we don't know how and why he is not with Anakin at the time of ROTS

Well, we haven't thought yet about CIS units and formations, as the focus is on the Republic now :)
But we'll make everything very balanced, so don't count on clone numbers :)

Yes, we are rising the reinforcements cap, we haven't decided yet the exact number, but 50 is good, I think :)
And I even tried to land a full battalion of clones (1 battalion is made of 576 Clone Troopers, 48 CT Sergeants 16 CT Lieutenant, 4 CT Captain and 1 CT Major) :D
It was fun, but they needed about 5 min to land and the game really didn't like the individual unit amount :D

So, the company will remain for now the biggest clone unit. The mixed infantry-vehicle companies will have different number of troops, and we maybe will make some custom vehicles, but only for some of the legions like 501st and 212th.

Well, sorry, but it will take some time to make it, and time is not something that we have plenty :(
And it has no point for now, as there is nothing to play.
