This mod is for Entrenchment. If you haven't got it i'd recommend getting entrenchment its amazing.

Yes if you check the comments on the mod page you would be able to see that..

And if you could have Mass Relays act as wormholes if possible? Like when they activate them they go into a Phase jump to the next one. If you did want to add then although it woulden't make sense you'd have to make them really expensive to make and at the end of the tech tree and take up a lot of logistic room? :S

Don't know if you've had this idea but Collector ships should have the ability to harvest colonies for extra (What ever currency they use) or XP for their ships? :) Really looking forward to the mod :D

I don't get it. i go to the hobbit place and theres two house's and then loads of endless holes, then i go rivendell and im sitting in water underneath a mountain. i've done exacley what you said up there. is there a installer? Might be my computer though cause OBMM has problems installing mods aswell
