You probably made the engine to reach the limit, or have newer Gpu that TW have some issue supporting :p
When I changed my card to the geforce 295 gtx (which is dual card that work similar to sli) back in 2009, tw gave me few issues like not showing spikes in fog of war and have a few seconds of low fps after the load screen, even with the last driver and edited profile in the Gpu driver, it was duo to new card that game had issue support and because the sli, kw didn't gave me these issues probably because they update some stuff,
After few years when I switch to my 580 gtx the issue was solved but spikes sometimes still not show up on fog of war only in TW

An setting that spawns objects - was used in Generals to call the US supply drops every 2 mins - here it seems to call reinforcemtns every frame.
