I don't see any ramrods.
Is it something you can't implement, or just not focused on the details currently?
Thanks,
S.

Have you done the King's German Legion? Their cavalry is badass.

I thought some riflemen wrapped their lead balls in a greased leatherpatch, therefore gripping the rifling more effiecently, allowing for more accuracy. I just googled it, and i got this:
The rifle as originally manufactured was expected to be capable of firing at a effective range of up to 200 yards (183 meters) with a high hit rate. The musket was fairly accurate at medium distances, with a one in three chance of hitting a man-sized target at 100 yards (91 meters), but this accuracy diminished hugely at longer ranges. The Baker rifle was used by skirmishers facing their opponents in pairs, sniping at the enemy either from positions in front of the main lines, or from hidden positions in heights overlooking battlefields.
Anyway, Thanks for responding nicely, and I learned something. Keep making the mod awesome Docm30 :D

But, I also mentioned greased leather patches, which the ball is wrapped in, therefore gripping the rifling. Dont get me wrong, I totally support your point, but the rifles should be more accurate than muskets when using patches, or even if not.

I think you should look up some facts. the musket, smoothbore, could fire anything below 100 yards. Now. The rifle could fire anything from 400 below. So, if you compare those two together, the rifle should be atleast 2-3 times more accurate. In the dlc, it isn't. that's what i'm getting at. I am merely saying the the rifle isnt given full credit in the NW dlc, which upsets me somewhat because I like rifles. Thanks.

Can you not read? I said rifles, not muskets. Rifles have a rifled barrel, therefore giving the bullet spin. Muskets have a smoothbore barrel. The bullets in a smoothbore barrel are just launched forward. So, how about before commenting, read first? Thanks.

Hey, I don't know whether you're this far into the mod, but I have one request that is very important to me. In the official dlc for Warband the first thing that ****** me off was the inaccuracy of the rifle, which, suggestingly has a rifled barrel. It should be so much more accurate. Please, please, please make rifles accurate in this mod. After all, in the Sharpe series, the baker rifle has a butt compartment which stores greased leatherpatches which grip the rifling more effiecently. one more thing. if you can, seperate the names so its not just "infantry musket" for all factions. The British has brownbess and baker rifle for example. If not, atleast have it so the factions name come before the items name. eg Austrian rifle.
