I still dont get why Rohans cavalry isn't as good as it should be..

How come Rohan is supposed to have the best cavalry af middle-earth but if you look at the stats gondor has even better?? I have yet to download and install the 1.4 patch, but I got the 'palantir' to check the stats of the units, and it still looks like that rohan has a serius flaw in the tuning og theyr cavalry.. other than that I LOVE this mod... and like all the others in here I hope that helms deep, minas tirith etc. get theyr own look :D... and I'm sorry if this flaw has been fixed in some patch I havent installed or found
