I'm aiming for fall of this year :)
Yeah, exactly, and thanks. It's pretty similar to Bookworm Adventures, though there's a lot more than just spelling words to battle. I haven't heart of Legend of Fae, looking it up now :)
You run automatically between the different game events, so there's no direct player control :)
Not a problem...

(I think these are correct). We built in controls so you can play with mouse and keyboard, but its definitely intended to be with a controller.
We'll release the game in some form as soon as possible.
Customization is something we will definitely add if we keep working on the game.
Multiplayer... its tricky, but it would be a ton of fun.
As for the project itself, I think it would be great if we could keep working on it. We really only scratched the surface of what could be done with a game like this, and I know there's interest in making more levels at the least, but I guess we'll see...
Yeah, unfortunately with such short dev time we had to focus on sp only. We all think mp would be great, though, so maybe one day...
Hey Frohman,
Unfortunately, no, I can't make an editor. The best I can offer is if you know how to use hammer, then you can decompile the maps and make your own stages from there. Most of the entities needed to make it work are in their own separate area, but you'll definitely need to be familiar with entities and the IO system to make it work.
I thought of doing something like this, but unfortunately all the scripting would be disastrous with multiplayer. Maybe in the future...
Hey Kaibear!
Thanks for writing about my mod! I gave it a read (after google translated it for me) and it looks fantastic!
Im glad you liked it :D
Hey Diesal,
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, I know about the bug where you get stuck, and in the next version I will at the least add a fix where you can press a button to teleport back to the last checkpoint.
The duplicate client and server commands aren't for multiplayer. I can't specifically remember the reason, but I think it was because some of the commands didn't work properly when targeted to one or the other, so I choose to have both running. I know its horrible practice, but it worked :D
Im not sure what you mean by redoing the teleport. Is it possible to change the destination with IOs?
Anyways, thanks for the offer to host, but I'm okay. Unfortunately, I don't know how to build websites, so I was forced to find a free host with a site-builder and no bandwidth limit. I think its working okay for now :D
Hey Dominion,
I'll definitely include a fix for the autorun in the next version. In the mean time, typing -forward into the console will fix it.
Hey Gear,
Thanks for the heads-up. If you could send me a screenshot, or give a description of where its happening, that would be great!
Hey Miroku,
Sorry about the bug, I'm working on a fix for when you get stuck!
Thanks Turj!
Yeah, just copy into the tf directory. It won't overwrite any files (unless you have the swamp theme pack installed), and your game will still run fine!
Yup, you can press backspace before quitting the map, or type EXEC MYBACKUP in console, and it will restore all your controls.
There is a small bug where if you join a game after playing, you will continually run forward. If this happens, just type -forward in the console and it will fix. I'll definitely include a fix for this in the next version.
I don't have any plans for new maps at the moment, since I'm not sure how I could make them more exciting... I'm actually not sure what the future holds :D
Yeah, its actually a bug that results from class-switching (and so it can show up in any of the last three issues). I've tried my best to eliminate it, but still haven't found a good solution.
Thanks for the feedback, I'm glad you like it. My main 'thing' is level design, so I knew from the start that that would probably be the best part of the mod :D
Hey Duck!
Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry about the bug, it sounds like you got stuck in the world. This was the major bug I couldn't fix no matter how hard I tried.
I like this idea, however it doesn't quite fit with the gameplay. Its not really a puzzle game in anyway, but a side-scroller that tests your reflexes.
The game is a collection of maps that run out of TF2 (and not from the steam menu like hl2 mods)
Ill have a video up soon...
Im not quite sure what you mean by "best in class" kind of maps.
There will be four maps, the first 3 being Canada, Egypt and Volcano
