Okay, I'm officially interested in helping with this.
I'm not sure exactly how experienced of users you are looking for for your team, but I'm pretty handy at working withe Creation Kit. I'm just really getting into quest design, but I have lots of experience already with fiddling with leveled lists, item integration into the world, and I even have a bit of papyrus experience.

EDIT: I'm also curious, how are Kanohi masks going to be integrated? I'm assuming they'll work like helmets in Skyrim, but I'm curious as to how you'll obtain new masks and if they'll also give you their respective mask powers.
