Oh and I could see your CPU is running on 3.3Ghz not at 4.5Ghz. Maybe you should boost it again :)

I quote you "btw game is running fine on 1920x1080 @ extreme (unit details at very high & shadows at medium) with 80-20fps". Weren't you meant to say 80-120 here? Most people say 20-80, but ok.
The TWR2 Forrest benchmark scores you post now say that you have an avg FPS of 40/47 now with drops to 27/37. That isn't something that I would call high for such a machine which means this game is badly optimized. Besides that the forrest benchmark doens't feature a city with 10.000 units but a woodland with 1.000-2.000 units max, which means the game would be almost unplayable at these settings in a big city battle.
The 3DMark11 score I send you was a benchmark I ran 6 months ago when I just installed my new system when 9.12 was the latest driver. I also run on 13.2 atm. The 3DMark score was just to give a comparison to your machine. Your score is 7689 and mine was (at that time) 9224, that says that my machine is (should be) faster.
Bottomline I find the game badly optimized regarding to the FPS we are getting. To be able to get 80-120 FPS you will need a gaming rig of epic proportions with a triple 7970 crossfire setup to get this. Not to mention SLI/Crossfire support is f'ed at the moment.
And don't get me starting on the AI, Capture points, Squalor, Diplomacy, etc, etc... There is potential but this game is at 60% and far from a finished product.
I'm running a 3750K (@4.2) with crossfire 7950's (1.1 Core, 1.5 Mem) and I am not getting even close to the FPS scores that you are talking about (with 2 GPU's!)on those graphic settings. Here a link of one of my 3dMark11 scores with 1x 7950: 3dmark.com
Send me your score and we will see if it is true since the game runs terrible on my rig when loads of units come into battle.
