if I go over the Menu buttons with my moues I hear the sound but can´t click it

really nice mod.
I got a problem to use rnl on windows 7. The mod don´t start right I get the picture of the menu, but no menu (like find a server, options,...). I can´t also dont connect via server list of steam, it don´t work neither.
