i'm wondering who can tell me how to run this mod without mod launcher?

What i tried:

Making .bat file like i use for all mods, but dosent work for this one :/
mod launcher - didnt working during some errors when i start the launcher (i have win7 64-bit) mod launcher never worked for me so...

So any other ways of runing this mod or anything special i should add in .bat file to make it work?

i wonder when this comes out for SWEAW FOC... been following this for long long time but no usefull update's to be seen o.O
