To add to my previous comment,

I recently updated to 1.2, now I can't even look around, or move, vehicles and NPC's aren't even rendered. I had exported to the engine in the editor and followed the instructions, but nothing seems to work.

I'm getting something wierd.

After I start the game, the NPC's (Prophet, Psycho, North Koreans) Just don't respond to actions. I could stand in front of a 'hostile' character, but they just ignore me for some odd reason.

Not that I'm insulting this mod or anything but, What's the point the game takes place in the year 2142 and you're pushing it back to the 21st century going BACKWARDS in time if you didn't realise that. This would be a great mod for Battlefield 2 though.
