it only works if all players have the superscout mod

due to complaints about the scout unable to attack strike craft, i am now making a new version with 4 Nanite cannons and 2 Flak cannons on wings.

the scouts don't attack strike craft as they are to fast, and they overtake them before they have a chance to fire.
