I am a gamer working hard on my game to truly establish myself as an indie developer. I am very passionate about what I am working towards which is to be a game dev with my own company someday making great games for all you fellow gamers out there. Will I be able to please every gamer out there? No, but the ones I do please no matter how small the number is I will be happy and content knowing I made someones gaming experience worthwhile.

I'm going to assume it didn't go over well, right?

I am not sure if this question was asked at all, but I'm going to ask it anyway since my curiosity is boiling over. How do you plan on releasing this game if you don't have permission or the rights to make this game from the creator of the novel? Do you plan on asking the creator for permission and/or getting the right to make this game? Don't take this question the wrong way, I just don't want to see all your work be for nothing if the SAO creator finds out and shuts this down. There have been other indie companies that tried to make games from copyrighted material and got shut down because of it.

Sorry for the late reply, but anyway, I'm assuming that version is the Mavericks version right? If not correct me, but if it is then I am sorry to say that I currently don't know what's causing my game to not load for that version. I had someone else try to play my game on the Mavericks version and they were having similar issues. I might have found a fix for the mac version not working. Before you load the game, when the config window comes up, check the windowed mode check box next to screen resolution then load the game and tell me what happens. If it does the same thing then I will find another possible solution until the problem is solved.

That's fine, no need to apologize. What version of the mac osx are you using?

That's strange, but I'm going to be updating on Monday and I'll change the build settings for the Mac build and see if it works. To play it safe I'll put up 3 different Mac builds with different settings and if they don't work, I'll try to find a different solution until it works.

Ok so I did some research into Unity and Mavericks issues and I found out that people were having similar issues as your's with unity games and the unity engine itself not working properly or not at all with Mavericks 10.9 update. I do have the latest version of Unity, but I found no fix for the maverick update within the release notes so Unity still has no fix for it yet from what I've found out. So for the time being you'll probably have to backtrack to snow leopard to play my game. Do you have other unity games on your mac at all? If so, test them too to see if they work, if not, download another game being built in unity and see if it works then let me know. Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience.

Your welcome for the mac version. I think I know what the problem is and it's very likely my fault. When I compressed the build I compressed the build file itself, so that could be why you're having issues, but not entirely sure. Truthfully I cannot test it under OSX due to me only having windows, but unity lets me create builds for windows, mac and linux so I thought what the hell, why not. Anyway, I appreciate you bringing this up to me otherwise I would not have known. Give me about an hour and I will redo the builds and compress the build folders within another folder this time and see if that helps, if not, let me know. Thankyou.

I found this game and got sucked into it for half an hour, then I realized I had my own work to do lol. I liked playing it, keep up the good work.
