I started working on level design with Unreal Tournament 2004 in 2007. I created custom levels for fast paced multiplayer matches using increased movement and physics. I ventured out into custom texturing with characters, modeling, and coding new weapons. I later took two years of Java, I can understand many other languages easily as well now. Though I tried working with many of the design fields, I preferred level design. I currently am currently working to expand my experience and to refine my skills. Though I may be artistic when it comes to level design, I am still very logical, and a strong problem solver. I enjoy working in a team with others, but also am a strong self motivator. Being a student developer can be difficult some times but it really comes down to prioritizing and time management. I am currently woking on Siege of Inaolia, you should give it a look!

OH! "The Beginning" haven't heard that one before!
Yeah I know, but I'm not that creative, I am a level designer, I make what people tell me to make...

Anyways, yes I am a level designer, currently I have done work in Source Hammer and UDK (including UnrealED). Total its been about four years, of self taught community maps and I felt it was time to get on with it and start something big-(ger). So I came here.

I am working on strengthening my skills with UDK and source, UDK is my primary focus because of the age that Source has behind it. UDK is big, new, and just plain old shiny.
I am looking for a mod team to work with on map making, if you know a team that needs a level designer, let me know!

But in the mean time I will be working on side projects here and there. I am taking a virtual environments class next semester that uses UDK so hopefully I will be able to get some of that work on here as well.

Yep.
