Click on an image in the Latest Screens section. On the right side, there should be an Options box. In it, you should find "Add Media" and, to its right, you should find an "Upload now" button. Click it and see if that works.

There is a "+" right next to the Media RSS Feed symbol indicating the Add Media button. Just hover your mouse over the "+" at the upper right corner of the "Latest Screens" box and you'll see it. After that, press it and add an image.

I like "Never existed", "There goes the neighborhood!" and "Rubber shoes in motion" rather than "Check out my ice sculpture!", "Nothing will grow here" and "Here's your electric bill" (Unit names have been replaced by unit quotes).
