I'd have to go with UE3, sure, CryEngine 2 looks great and has some pretty nice features. But it's mostly an outdoor kind of engine, while UE3 can do just about anything. And the UE3 editor can do the whole "jump in-game with a button" thing, and there won't be any compiling apart from AI paths I belive.
