Just for the record, the source of bug in PB 2.03 is "Goto Missile+5" in 2 places in KNIGHT.txt (should be "Goto Missile+6" or a proper label). The bug happens when Hell Knight in-fights with Spider Mastermind.

Is there any way to get the secret on MAP01? It's on a ledge that's too high and movement speed is too low to get there with any maneuver I can think of.

Game design bug in MAP24 (of overkill): Adding more monsters to already infamous room with sector 13 in it makes the map unplayable.

Bug in MAP22 (of overkill): sector 197 never gets opened, the linedefs supposed to open it have wrong action assigned.

Bug in MAP15 (of overkill): linedefs 668 and 670 close the door (sector 78) locking you out of the yellow key.

I've finished Afterglow and it's even better than already awesome part 1! One of the very best FPS games out there. All RPG elements fit like a glove. Special props to pump shotgun upgrade for cool movement speed boost, reminded me of Pirate Doom's sword. The music was great, scary parts were great. Speaking of which, I wonder why you've re-voiced that secret radio broadcast?
Here's a bug I've experienced at the end: Dropbox.com If you go up, there's a whole solid wall of no-portal emptiness.
Trying to cheese my way into uptown through the roof ( Imgur.com ) didn't work, got me stuck on the other side of it instead.
Great levels, but minor complaint is that 2 areas felt too confusing: Flooded District ("where do go to get back to the library, when every area seemingly opens back to every other area leading to even more confusion?") and The Gap ("where do I enter that building that leads to the bank?").
I've also noticed you've made the chainsaw 2nd in the slot, a good change that I really wanted when playing part 1 of Ashes, because the crowbar seems to hit farther.

It's not the presence of no-going-back points, but the fact they're not articulated which is the problem. On the last map it even happened on my 2nd play-through (w/o saving this time) - if you go to the wrong yellow key door, it immediately shuts behind you and you can't get the 200 armor and goodies and anything else you may have missed.
I'm playing with floating icons HUD with big scale, but the radiation meter's bottom line is always present and almost as bright as the top one, so I didn't notice the top line filling for a long time.
Anyway, the mod's amazing. Now gonna play the Afterglow soon.

Playing the first episode. It's great, but some maps have the bug of not letting me go back from some points, specially map07. It even has an autosave point shortly after the drops where you can't go back. It needs to have it right before the first drop. Or, a main character's voice line announcing that you can't go back if you go further - that would be the best fix.
On another note, tutorial doesn't tell much about radiation, i.e. that beeping IS the radiation (unlike in Doom) and that the radiation meter actually fills up, but it's very hard to see.

v3.2b is broken in all sorts of ways:
1) When a level starts the doomguy can't use weapons for an insanely long time. The animation of putting on helmet and checking all the weapons while being bambarded by monsters is ridiculous.
2) The menu is barely visible and has stupid gimmicky item names.
3) Save Game is absent from menu.

v2.1c is good. I like it even more than BDv19 that I was using before. The only thing I had to do with it is change zoomed weapon sprites to make their crosshairs more visible.
