you ARE doing this to the shortcut on the desktop right...

here's a complete list
1. download file
2. extract complex55.big file and put in the correct section with all the other big files
3. go to shortcut on desktop
4. right click, go to properties
5.type in -mod Complex55.big at the end of the file path.
6.make sure you hit apply
7. enjoy the mod...hopefully.

you need to put the -mod Complex55.big outside the quotation marks also make sure, the big file is in the correct spot.
