If you guys need any more people to do voice work I'd be happy to try out. I'm not a professional voice actor but I have quite a bit of stage acting experience and have always wanted to do voice work for a game.
I might also be able to help with making a map of Vault 18, but I'd need to know some rough dimensions and what kind of style you're going for. Are we talking a pristine Vault-Tec map that's been on the wall of a sealed Vault or one that's been handcrafted from wasteland materials and subjected to some abuse?
