There is a fence. Move from Strelok's bunker through the little settlement across the tar road untill you get to a fence. Move along this fence until you reach the barbed wire fence with the anomalies near the military base, go through the hole on leftmost side and further to the left. Move untill you see 2 big trees on your right and move between the 2 trees towards the barracks.

Yes, me too. Is it not possible to respawn him? I am also stuck and would like to get this sorted. Any help??

Can somebody help.
I did not immediately help the guy, next to Sid's bunker (The guy who saved my life)to complete his quests as I first wanted to do some of Sid's quests. Now I can't find him anywhere. This means I can't get the USB and therefore I am not able to increase some of my skills. What do I do now??? Is there a way of solving this?
