All of the sudden my game has been crashing to desktop on turn 15. Is there a possible fix to this?

Hi, I've been playing this mod for a while but I've hit a snag. Now when I play I experience the "Turn 15 glitch". Does anybody have a fix to this? Any help would be appreciated!
