Update: Uninstalled and reinstalled, exact same error... any ideas anyone?

u need to update your game to v. 1.09 or 1.9 or summink. Just click the update/check for patches button on the control center

So i downloaded it, ran it, started a skirmish... it was really laggy so i stopped it in task manager (end process) and got rid of some random stuff i dindt need running. But now, whenever i click on specifically the game browser button on the control panel it throws up this error:

launcher_CnC3: CnC3.exe - Application Error

The exeption unknown software exception (0xc000000d) occoured in the application at location 0x00462405.

Click ok to terminate
Click cancel to debug

So, yeah, now i cant loads any mods or well, do anything that requires the use of the Game Browser button. The un-modded game works fine, as does everything else on the control center. Ive got rid of the mod from the mods folder, restarted, and am about to re-install it.

It was working fine before i ran the mod.. so i'm pretty sure this mod was somthing to do with it.
Just thought ud want to know.
