Testing the fix with a campaign map failed, got a Fatal Error message almost immediately after starting the mission.
Update: Attempt by pasting the fix below the main body of the mod failed. Here's the fatal error log:

A recent test seems to suggest that the Unit Cap x4 mod and dev version of BrewLAN have issues working together now as any map I try to play with those two active, it just shows the map covered by the Fog of War with no units anywhere. My guess is that the dev version of BrewLAN has something in its code that's causing the issues with Unit Cap x4.

Those T2 and T3 walls can also be built by Support Commanders if they have the Field Engineering Suite upgrade.

I apologize if this starts coming off as spam, but a new test has noticed that the UEF experimental sensor system's energy usage gradually increases to the point of being inoperable very quickly while it's in use.

The UEF Field Engineering ship is pretty neat. Haven't seen the Seraphim units in action yet, but that will be tested before next weekend.

Things work like a charm. I noticed that some new units like the Cybran Tech 3 stealth field have the placeholder symbol in icons. I would take it that icons for those new units are gonna take awhile to figure out?

I almost forgot: I also have a different mod that enables mod usage in campaign. It's called the FA Campagin mod enabler and by inserting the mod's main .scd file into the gamedata the text on the main menu changes from 'Campaign' to 'Modded Campaign' in addition to enabling mod use during the single-player campaign.

I just seem to have too many issues. I apologize, but it seems that I should wait until this mod reaches version 1.whatever and gets some clear instructions in the README.md file as to what goes where so that no issues pop up after installation. Just to note, I use the previously-mentioned 'TVG (Total Veterancy)' mod from GameFront.com and what that does is that it alters the veterancy system so that killing units is not the only way to level up. I play a retail version of FA.

On an unrelated note, how do you manage to hyperlink stuff in comments?
