The BAS standalone patch makes Cinematic VFX's Blood Intensity Tweak - More Realistic file (particles.xr) redundant, which reverts the anomalies VFX back to vanilla.

I have RTX 3050 running the game on SSD
Using this mod version 0.5+ with Blood Pools active is causing this error almost consistently in my case. Most of the time it happened is when NPC is gunfighting another NPC and they are not in my visual range. But I can still hear the gunshots clearly
