And I would Just like to add that Vault 151 was built under complete secrecy. And also Vault-Tec has a lot of secrets, i'm sure there were more then 121 Vaults.....

Yes, Vault 151 does require all of the Fallout 3 DLC's and One other, you can get it from Fallout3Nexus. Its called Fallout Street Lights by SpeedyB64. I did look into seeing if I could get rid of one or two, but I went through the whole mod today and there was way to much, to delete the entire dlc from Vault 151....

Completely different from Vault 101 actually. Vault 151 consists of 13 new, completely different levels, 13 of which that are not from Vault 101.....
