I have a major problem concerning cities. Whenever I go to the Streets or into a Lords Hall, and press "Tab" to get outside again, the game crashes with some strange Error. Any advice?

Is there still the lvl 63 thingy? I mean that you reach lvl 63 but then Lords stay in their castles all the time. Is that still a thing?
